Among the 126 colors of MISSION, four colors, whose names start with ‘Bright, – Bright Opera (W551), Bright Clear Violet (W553), Bright Rose (W556), and Bright Violet (W557), are composed of pigments with low light fastness (a resistance to changing or fading when exposed to light).

In spite of their low light fastness, they are created for those instances in which the application of bright colors is required in design or practical art. The ones with a high light fastness begin with ‘COMPOSE,’ and include COMPOSE Opera (W597), COMPOSE Violet Deep (W602), COMPOSE Rose (W598), and COMPOSE Violet (W599). The colors of the four COMPOSE products, which possess a high light fastness, are mixed according to the corresponding colors.
